The complexity of this tenant's needs included high quality office space, employee lounge areas to accommodate long hours of operation and sophisticated laboratory facilities containing classified information, computer and security systems. The owner’s desire to have a unique and clean architectural style gave us the opportunity to design contemporary yet classic space and included designing all the fabricated furniture throughout the project. A double sided fish tank creates a focal point visible from the lobby and main conference room.
